Free Apple Watch Series 2 offer

Terms and Conditions

  1. For the purposes of these terms and conditions the “Offer” means a Free Apple Watch to the maximum value of £399 only, for customers who purchase from Bromige Financial one of the following policies: Level Term Life Assurance, Mortgage Term Assurance, Critical Illness Cover, Relevant Life Plan, Family Income Benefit (“Policy”).
  2. To be eligible for the Offer, the monthly premium for the Policy purchased must be in excess of £40 and the term of the policy at least 10 years.
  3. To be eligible for the Offer, the Policy application must be received by Bromige Financial between 11th July 2017 and 1st December 2017 (the “Offer Period”), and subsequently accepted by the Insurer before 31st December 2017.
  4. The Offer is only available to customers applying for a new Policy with Bromige Financial.
  5. The Offer is only available to customers who visit the offices of Bromige Financial, or meet with an adviser of Bromige Financial in person.
  6. The Offer is limited to one Policy per customer.
  7. The Apple Watch Series 2 will be sent to the customer within 30 days of the start date of the Policy.
  8. Any decisions made by Bromige Financial over eligibility or otherwise in relation to the Offer are final, will not be open to dispute and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. Other than as permitted under clause 10 the Offer is not transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  10. Bromige Financial reserves the right to substitute the Offer with another offer of similar value in the event that the original Offer is not available due to circumstances beyond Bromige Financial’s reasonable control.
  11. Should the customer cancel the Policy within 4 years of the start date, the customer will reimburse Bromige Financial with the full cost of the Apple Watch to the maximum value of £399.
  12. Bromige Financial is not liable to any person in any way in relation to the Offer, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  13. Bromige Financial reserves the right to vary, extend or withdraw the Offer at any time, including in the event of fraudulent behavior.
  14. Bromige Financial reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions on the provision of written notice or via Bromige Financial’s website.
  15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and any participants in the Offer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
